Something to consider, doubtless unrelated to 1181, interesting nonetheless.
Ca. 1995, Fido jammed freq - poss. 690 - from three separate qths, w/mitters 
slightly separate in freq from one another.
 
 Examined extensively by persons stateside who found signal complex, 
sophisticated. Not case here. Still, example of what Fido can achieve, merely because 
he wills it to be so.
