[IRCA] 1280 Drop- In

Tuned into 1280 at local sunset at 21:10 and heard
nice ,strong,steady signal with sports discussion and
waited for ID but nothing until local ad mentioned
Salt Lake City,so over to Frequency page for info and
came up with KZNS running 10KW day and .6 KW after
SS.Signal dropped and came back weaker in mix but is
now up and down every few minutes and is now stronger
at 21 40 than first drop  .If sunset here in Victoria
is at 21 10 then it must be at least 30 minutes
earlier in S.L.C.so is this guy booming in with a mere
600 watts or are they still on the 10 K?
