Hi All,

Well, KOHI apparently has fixed their problem. As I type this they are
S9+10 DB off the Eastern beverage. Back to normal. Still on top off the
SW EWE, but KOPT is about 50% of KOHI. Whatever the issue was, it is
fixed I guess.
