Paul,

In the case of KAVT, the CE contacted me to ask if I would be interested
in doing the  QSLing. I jumped at the chance. It has been a lot of fun
and I get to see & hear first hard a jillion reports worldwide. Plus, if
the report is correct the DXer will get that QSL too. I really
appreciate all of the work both Patrick and Les have done in helping us
obtain those rare QSLs. We should all go out of the way to make it as
easy on them.
