[IRCA] good night for high band TA's

That's it, haven't ID'ed any but the usual suspects on 1521 and 1575, 1575 
with Middle Eastern sounding dance music about 0100 UTC, 1521 Saudi arabia 
was in very loud earlier with a man speaking AA, just checking the radio, 
wasn't DXing, probably more out there.
