[IRCA] MW Dxer Gene Allen

When I first joined IRCA back in 1969,  for the first time. I remember a fellow from Vallejo, CA named Gene Allen?.  If I remember right, he had quite a few QSLs and was a top Dxer on the West Coast. Does anyone remember Mr. Allen?
