[IRCA] TPs for 02-25-07

Good morning,

9 TPs with audio this morning,  At 1422 ut on 738 two stations heard, one was weak with Chinese or Korean, the other station was Japanese.  The Japanese station was heard briefly, then faded under the other station.
At 1459 on 1602 reception of one of the NHK 2 stations on 1602. Musical chimes and sign-off at 1503 ut.  Signal was weak to fair.  First time audio heard on this frequency.

Listened from 1412-1525 UT.  Stations faded quickly after 1510 UT
