Thanks for Bruce for the KIRO tip.

I needed some sleep, so did my listening via the tape recorder.   Rather 
as I expected, KXMR in Bismarck was in strongly, pretty much burying 
anything else.  Heard the Cuban music underneath, and a few seconds of 
another talk station prior to 0400 ET, but that was it.
