Re: [IRCA] TP shut-out & K index up 4



With a K of 6 didn't expect much TP action here this morning, and expectations were 
met.  Only about 20 carriers noted this morning, mostly DU, and the only audio was from 
4BC on 1116.   European LW was good last night (though on MW only 3 hets were noted), 
and had Norway still in at 1415 UTC this morning.
