More than a bit unlikely - you have no idea how difficult it is to hear Oregon
from this part of the continent!  I mined 1580 quite extensively before CKDO 
moved there, and I never had any hint of KGAL, nor did I expect any.

In any case, it's easy to tell from here that it's CKDO themselves who are off 
frequency.
