[IRCA] WECU 1570 Winterville, N.C.

I heard WECU this afternoon ,and was quite surprised to look thep up at fcc.gov and find  that they are only 200 watts daytime and 3800 at night, and non directional both day and night. Most unusual !!    Chris Johnson  South Carolina
