[IRCA] DX Update From Northern DE: Mystery 1610 khz and new log on 1150 khz.

DX update from northern Delaware:

Here’s a Spectran trace of the unidentified signal on 1610 khz. captured
early this morning (0114 local) from my Wilmington, DE, QTH:

Receiver Details: Drake R8B, AM mode, 6.0 khz. band width
Spectran Details: Freq. Offset = 0 hz., USB mode, Resolution = 5.4 hz.,
Sampling rate = 22050

Note the apparent signal modulation. From a bearing standpoint, the best
that I can do is a line running essentially N-S (true). Lat.-Long. = 39 deg
44' 05" N  /  75 deg 39' 50" W


And the new log:

30-Nov-06 // 2356 local // 1150 khz. // CKOC // 50 kw // Hamilton, Ontario
// Male “…that plays only the greatest hits of all time, 1150, CKOC”. Into
The Monkees’ “I’m A Believer’. // New with local WDEL phase nulled. Most of
CKOC’s RF is thrown to their north well away from me. A 327 mile catch.
