[IRCA] 1610 mystery station

The 1610 mystery station is not in Frederick, MD and is not at Fort 
Meade, MD.  DXer Alex Vranes of Harpers Ferry WV drove through the 
Frederick, MD late last night 11/29 and the signal was not strong 
enough to be of local origin. 

I drove through the Fort Meade area today 11/30 about 1400 and could 
hear some traces of the 1 khz tone mixing with the local TISes but it 
was not strong even to say it was a local station. By 1500 the 
station was much stronger.
