[IRCA] 1610 tone

This is the third night I've heard the tone.  I've plotted the Great Circle
azimuth as follows:

QTH Savannah, GA.  Lat: 32.07 Lon. -81.1

Suunto KB-14/360/R compass

Best null on 2' ferrite stick loop-36 degrees

Best null on Sony 2010 34 degrees.

Ewes confirm signal strongest to the northern, not southern azimuth.

Great Circle bearing to Boston, MA 34.89.

Great Circle plot from Savannah to Boston, the line cuts across the Delmarva
peninsular which is about halfway between Savannah and Boston.
