[IRCA] KKOL-1300

KKOL is definitely on the new Port of Tacoma based transmitter today  
but I can't tell which pattern they are on. This morning, I could  
hear KLDY-1280 up to about a half a mile heading east on Hwy. 509  
toward the towers; after passing the towers, I had to go about 5-6  
miles before I could hear KLDY again.
