XEUT does sound weaker of late.  When they first came on, their midday
signal blasted all across San Diego County and could be weakly heard
as far away as Ridgecrest.  Nowadays, XEPE is louder than XEUT ever
was.  10kW ND at night sounds possible, but I doubt they're only
running 10kW during the day...   73, Tim
