Re: [IRCA] Is KFI 640 back on with full power and fixed antenna ?

Thx guys...it seems like getting KFI under these circumstances is a DX catch
here, so I'll report it. I was surprised since they I thought they still
were running half power with a short stick.

KFWB stronger than KFI !!! WOW...what do I need to do to catch KFWB here ?
I've tried and tried and tried when KNX is pounding in, but never a trace
thru KMBZ. One would suspect it would be easy to pick out Dodgers coverage
or LA's news but no luck even though I recently caught 790 KABC on a fade
up. KFWB has been hrd in western IA, is reasonably common in Colorado, and
Frank Merrill down in Macomb (188 miles SW of here) tells me he's had them
on a western BOG.

Late Sept and into mid Oct typically is the best time for So Cal area stuff
here and this season so far has been good to So Cal. 73 KAZ Barrington IL
