Messed w/1000 while ago at facility in FL E coast swamps. Beautiful 
appearance, excellent for anything - lowfers, bcb, ssb utes, freq cuts. Cruises or 
camps on freqs w/equal alacrity. Looks fetching, feels strong. The '1000 gets 
one's blood up.

AOR 7030 - friend loaned one couple years ago. Sharp selectivity w/Collins 
filters, good narrow dynamic range. Pulled R. Sancti Spiritus 1210 days w/150' 
E-W wire, no overloads or rude ix from local 1200 Pine Island Center.

Size perfect for mobile, travel, desk, anything. Nice big brother to Sony 
SW-1. You can easily picture stack of these beautiful bricks fit discretely 
aboard ship, RV, or car.
