[IRCA] TA Early Warning System

Hi Mike,

 

Any information about TA conditions would be greatly appreciated.  You'll be like a early warning system for TA's for us out the on West Coast.   Hope to hear Iceland on  189 this season  Never have heard a TA  LW before.  Steve in Eastern Oregon receives it very often.
