Craig,

I was looking into to one sometime back, but without a Noise Blanker was
the issue as I live a few feet from an electric fence. All of my
receivers have to have an noise blanker or the clicking drives you nuts.
The new Palstar due out this year or next is supposed to be under a
grand and with have a noise blanker. I am very pleased with the MW 550P
though. Palstar makes good stuff.
