[IRCA] 960 WPBI N.P.B. testing.

Equipment tests are being performed by 960 WPBI North Palm Beach at 12:20 
and continuing at 1:17 pm ET, Mar 16 2006.

Music -- some form of pop I would say -- interspersed with an announcement
"WPBI North Palm Beach conducting equipment tests."

Not coming in well, with a fair amount of local QRM.
