Remember too that there are those that could care less if they have any
outside listeners. Some stations feel covering their local area is
enough for them. In some cases, the general feeling is that if you are
listening out of their DMA, then who cares? They cannot make a buck off
you. Gone are the days (in many cases), is the 50 KW used to cover
nearby states, rather now the 50 KW is used to cover the city, because
of high RF levels of noise.
