For all those who worried the revolution might be delayed, Radio Reloj is 
back on ET -- Earth Time -- today, rather than the spaced out 38 second 
delay of last night.

Maybe RR was doing call-ins and had the delay so they could zap out 
profanity, or worse, truth.
