[IRCA] LWBC decent

180 Far East Russia is very good right now, 0810utc; 189 Iceland is weak to 
medium. 234 Russia poor, 279 poor to weak.
Only very poor hets on MW, though 738 has a strong het as usual--I have yet 
to get any audio from that.
