[IRCA] 1314 kHz Norway Fair

Hello,

 

Norway 1314 kHz Fair at times, Of course faded at 0500 UTC.  Checked 1206, 1215, and 1323 kHz and no audio heard.  VOR Germany 1323 kHz has been heard here in the past around 0615 UTC, might be worth checking later.
