Re: [IRCA] Old school logging



If I can't record in some fashion, I don't DX.  When I did some brief AM
and FM DXing as a passenger in the car, I held the phone up to the speaker
and recorded on an mp3 app on my phone.

I realize, not practical.... but if i can't record, I don't log and
report.... audio has been a huge help, especially with foreign language
broadcasts

And nowadays, the digital recorder, a Zoom H1 .. can be held in your hand
and has external mics and line in recording options
