[IRCA] IRCA CONVENTION BALLOT

Hello DXers!!

I received my DX Monitor yesterday afternoon. Good ish, and there was a 
ballot inside. I sorta forgot about that. I blush to admit that.

I wish to encourage as amny Dxers as possible to vote for SAINT LOUIS as 
host of the IRCA 2006 convention. The central location alone makes it 
eaqually accessible to all parts of the country, and meeting North County we 
will be away from the antenna farm that is south county. Much less RF 
interferance!

I just voted the easy way via e-mail! That was a NEW experience for me!

Hope to meet many IRCAns next summer!
