I would say CHHA in Toronto is likely. They broadcast in Spanish and ID as 
La Voz Latina. Last I saw it was run by a religious group led by Father 
Hernan. I e-mailed the Father and he e-mailed back a snail-mail address. I 
wrote a report but never received a verie for either the old call CHSL or 
the new CHHA call. Heard here at night after the NYS Thruway Authority 
stations fade out but it still dukes it out with CJWI the French/Haitian 
station in Montreal.
