[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 10 October 2016

	We have lots to be thankful for certainly, but today's propagation 
isn't near the top of the list. (nor is the weather, with snow turning 
everything white outside).   The Asians seem to be gradually moving into 
the ascendancy, but it's a slow process.  Today was mostly Asian, along 
with a few from Brisbane.   Overall, not an inspiring session, and 
another recording quickly going to the recycle bin.

good as it got.

Fair level, approaching good on occasion.

792	4RN	Brisbane, AUSTRALIA	Traces of audio at 1336.

828	JOBB	Osaka, JAPAN	Poor-fair with English lesson at 1228, //774.

1116   4BC    Brisbane, AUSTRALIA    Poor, with Aussie-accented man 
talking at 1256, improving to fair with phone-in caller at 1310.

1566   HLAZ	Cheju, KOREA	Fair in Japanese, with man giving FEBC ID at 1230.
