[IRCA] JOAK

594 JOAK Tokyo in at good level 10/25 0835 EDT with what seemed to be  
two male announcers with a live sports broadcast. Didn't last long  
though. Checked later and readable again at 1050 with man and woman  
talking. I'm going to hang around long enough to try to tape an ID  
despite reading in the PAL that 1459 UTC is not one of the times they  
give local IDs).

657 UNID Asian music 0840 EDT but couldn't determine language.

Quite a few hets noted. Couldn't pull 774 audio out from KTTH-770 slop.

I have to admit this has been quite a week with Norway and Croatia at  
night and JOAK in the morning.
