[IRCA] KVITSØY AUDIO IN TACOMA

1314 Kvitsøy, Norway in at intelligible level with mostly music and  
some talk 10/14 2205 EDT. Was as good as Croatia-1134 was last night  
but adjacent channel slop is worse. Too much garbage to detect  
carrier dropouts which has been described by others.
