Re: [IRCA] NEW DX LIST AVAILABLE - DX HUB

Hi Ray--

Even though I joined the new list (since I am a DX list junkie), I am
a sceptic regarding the list. If the NRC list does end up folding,
which I have my doubts will end up happening, why form yet another
list when we have this established IRCA list in place that could
easily take up the slack for those that aren't already members of both
lists? Lord knows, I'd love it if our obscure hobby was popular enough
to attract enough people to support dozens of MW DX lists. On top of
that, from where I am sitting (worked too hard today to stand), it
would be in the best interest of the community if the NRC and IRCA put
their now *ancient* differences of the past behind and combined
resources into one group for the good of the community. Yes, I know I
may be stoned for even saying that publically, hi! But at this point
community is way more important than ego.

But I seriously think that if the NRC BoD does indeed decide to close
the NRC list at the end of the day, then they would be more than happy
to point everyone towards this established list that already shares a
rather large subscriber base.
