I tend to agree with you about stopping IBOC entirely, but I know the 
hams sure slowed down BPL -- with an avalanche of FCC filings, local 
complaints, and carbons to legislators.

What we need to do, methinks, is establish that 1st, 2nd, and 3rd 
adjacents are protected and include citations of that provision in 
helpful correspondence to little stations which are getting roughed up.

Another approach would be to demonstrate reduced coverage to IBOCers -- 
which might be tougher, since they seem to be turning the stuff off at 
night.  How do we get copies of the signal profiles related to their 
license filings?
