Yeah, they have been.  I almost sprained my ears to hear them the first time.  Now, they are occasionally atop semi-local KOIT.  Another one that comes in really good (surprisingly) is KNEU/1250 in Roosevelt UT.  Sometimes they are almost blasting in here.

 

On a side note, now that KAPL has toned down, I was scratching my head to figure out what the SS was on 1300.  Duh...its KYNO in Fresno.  I could never hear them with KAPL blasting away.
