Thanks to all on comments for some of these stations.  There have been some stations that have never actually went on the air though public docs make it appear they had.  Finding out from someone who has actually heard them helps document them better.  That's a research project of mine.  Maybe I will start throwing out questions about various stations from time.

 

For the stations that I mentioned as deleted or possibly never went on the air, if people who have actually heard them could supply earliest and latest dates of receptions, that would be of great help in pinning down the stations' lifespans.
