RE: [IRCA] Speaking of DX Tests



Tim,

I am still an avid QSLer with 91 countries and 2889 MW QSLs now after
near 40 years. Stations can still be had, but QSLing is harder to do
with more f/ups and the like. QSLs can be in FAX or E Mail forn too.  E
Mail seems to work for some. I use it only as a last resort.
