[IRCA] DX TIPS for WDXR

An interesting mix tonight on 1060.

1060    KTNS    CA, Oakhurst, playing Stardust by Nat King Cole,
followed by the ancr mentioning "Kittens" at 2315 EST 12/14. Listed as
23 watts at night. (PM-OR)

1060     KHBC    HI, Hilo, mixing and briefly on top of others with
"Cowboy Christmas", a C&W tune, followed by "KHBC Memories" ID in EE and
Hawaiian at 2316 EST 12/14. 5 KW.  (PM-OR)

1060    KDUS    AZ, Tempe, heard briefly on top with Sporting News
Radio, local spot mentioning "The Deuce" at 2319 EST 12/14. 500 watts.

All are unneeded, but I normally don't get them all in a mix.
