[HCDX] Sound of Hope Radio?

 kHz  Weak signal here in Chinese from 13:55 tune-in to abrupt fade at 
14:06.  Initially seemed to be a man in Chinese.  At TOH, fanfare and a 
woman anncr.  Signal was somewhat better 14:03 - 14:04, during which it 
became clear that the language was Chinese.  Only station I can find 
listed here in that time slot is the 1 kW Sound of Hope Radio from 
Taiwan.  Other Asian sigs at good levels here during this time.
