[IRCA] TP 21 Aug Victoria version
Pretty straightforward this morning....usual Asians earlier on, a few
Australians after 1300UT as sunrise approached.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
612 4QR briefly at this level 1307UT //702, man in DU English
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
702 2BL man DU English 1304UT //612
738 Latin sounding pop music 1301UT assumed Tahiti
774 JOUB man in Japanese 1245UT ///747
1053 Korean jammer 1246UT
1566 HLAZ man in Japanese 1258UT
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
828 JOBB man talking Japanese 1246UT //774
972 HLCA woman in Korean 1245UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
576 instrumental jazz 1306UT
594 man talking, Japanese inflection 1250UT
747 JOIB man in Japanese //774 1246UT
891 man mumbling in a DU English sort of way 1307UT
1287 man mumbling 1301UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
792 846 909 1035 1098 1116 1134 1179 1242 1386 1503 1593 1611
best wishes,
Nick
