[IRCA] TP 19 Jun Victoria version
Likely there was a touch of fun out on the coast this morning...
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
738 rhythmic pop music 1209UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
774 3LO pop vocal roughly parallel with 1548 1210UT
1035 man talking, too murky for any language guess 1210UT
1386 Indian sounding vocals 1057UT
1548 4QD pop vocals, < one second delay from 774 but otherwise
parallel. Audio noted as late as 1224UT, nearly 15 minutes after
local sunrise.
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
828 882 909 1008 1017 1026SAH 1098 1116 1575 1593
best wishes,
Nick
