[IRCA] TP 16 Jun Victoria version
Some interesting carriers, not much audio.
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
unreasonable
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
738 man talking, French inflection, 1103UT
1386 man singing slowly, too much splash for any hope of more detail 1142UT
1503 man talking, too murky for any language guess 1122UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
882 1017 (very big, no audio) 1026 1035 1044 1098 1116 1161 1296
1314 1548 1557 1575
best wishes,
Nick
