[IRCA] TP 3 Apr Victoria version
Not many carriers that didn't deliver audio...almost all
Australian audio, and almost all in a window between 1320 and 1330UT.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
612 4QR man in DU English 1321 UT //702, 774
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
702 2BL. ponderous vocal music 1328UT //612 774, and stronger than either
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
594 JOAK, an outlier with men and women peaking 1323UT, Japanese talk.
621 3RN man talking, then peaking with jazzy piano and clarinet //576, 846
774 3LO. man and woman, DU English //702 1203UT, but heard also
during 1320-330UT
828 3GI man talking //612 1325UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
567 JOIK another outlier....that 10 minute period might have had a
fair bit of DX if one looked hard enough: men and women talking //594 1322UT
576 2RN //621 at 1330UT
585 pop music 1321UT
738 pop music 1324UT, not //ABC
846 2RN, as 576 and 621 above
891 man talking, sounded like DU English?
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
531 693 792 1116
best wishes,
Nick
