[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on March 27

The Easter Bunny was generous today, leaving several tasty morsels in my SDR files.

Most of the action was at the low end of the dial, with just a few of the semi-regulars present above 1200. Unlike other recent days, there was no clearly defined sunrise enhancement. Stations peaked at different times today, with no consistent pattern I could find.

GOOD
747 JOIB, briefly good 1230 with male monologue. Mostly poor-nil after 1232 774 JOUB, 1215-1235 quite strong at times, man //747. Mostly poor-nil after 1235 972 HLCA, peaked at 1243 today with discussion program, poor-fair at other times 1206 Yanbian PBS, briefly good with man, then woman in Korean 1219. At 1220 played a bit of the 60's song "Rhythm of the Rain" in English, then back to more talk. Much weaker by 1222. Freq 1205.96 1566 HLAZ, 1238, what sounded like a church service, man leading congregation in prayer. Much weaker after 1255.
