[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on March 11

It was a relatively productive morning for TPs here, and certainly better than the previous few days. The signals peaked at about 1340, which was well before my local sunrise. Most of the audio was gone by 1350, and after 1400 there were just a few weak carriers. Most of the action was at the low end of the dial. In addition to what's listed here, I had carriers on many low band channels such as 603, 666, 729, 738, 756, 783, 792, 828, 837,v864, 945, 1134, 1143, 1323 and others.

GOOD
693 JOAB, Chinese lesson 1343
1566 HLAZ, Japanese talk 1329

FAIR
594 JOAK, Japanese man & woman 1340
657 DPRK, emphatic female talk 1340, much domestic splatter
747 JOIB, Chinese lesson 1342, briefly rose above the electrical noise
890 KBBI, BBCWS (I think) mixing w/CJDC, then legal ID by woman
972 HLCA, Korean talk 1341
1053 jammer 1337

POOR
774 JOUB, Chinese lesson 1342, time pips 1400. Good carrier but problem with antenna prevented me from phasing down the 770 splatter
963 Either very weak talk or wishful thinking 1344, fair carrier
981 CNR1, Chinese woman 1346
