[IRCA] A new Beta IRCA framework

OK - keeping everyone in the loop -- www.ircaonline.com

Have installed the base system (have preserved all the files and
docs that I cooked up for the "last" Beta version of the IRCA site...)
and have moved onto "Joomla" as the framework content management software
(CMS)

It does not really look like anything at the moment but if you want
a sense of what it could like like -

head over to RocketTheme.com (I maintain paid subscriptions to this site)
They create "themes" or "skins" for Joomla and Wordpress sites -

If Wordpress was underwhelming, Joomla is likely overkill for a
club that has around 200 members - that said, one day we may blossom
into a radio club with 500 or 1000 members - so this is a great step towards
readiness!

I will test out a few themes (and here is the neat thing about Joomla
websites...)
- you can apply different themes to different pages or sections -- so it is
almost
impossible to get lost on a website powered by this product.

Anyway - let's keep the fun alive.
