[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 29 November 2015

As has generally been the case here of late, all the action was at the upper end of the dial. Started at 1425, and HLAZ was already in audio. Poor at that point with a choir singing, but had improved to fair, bordering on good within 10 minutes. VOA 1575 got to audio in time for the English ID at 1430, but was never as good as HLAZ. Only other audio was occasional traces on 1593, likely from CNR1, and snippets from presumed 4QD on 1548 around 1435. Some carriers were of perhaps more interest than the audio, in particular a second carrier on 1575, or 1574.93 to be more accurate. Though more volatile than VOA, on peaks it was nearly as strong, though I couldn't detect any audio. It faded away by 1445, 10 minutes before VOA. A number of X-band carriers again today, but only 1611 (and 1610.92) looked to be anywhere near audio. Only Korea on 1566 had audio that lasted past 1500.
