and will likely not even look like what it does right now as it
takes shape.

I would appreciate people taking a moment tonight and
see if the new domain is reaching them -- as I said, It could take
a few hours to move through various DNS

ircaonline.com   is the domain name for the "mock-up" of
a new and hopefully slicker and full function web experience for the IRCA
