The TPs returned today after several days' absence. Nonetheless, it was
just a half dozen of the regulars.
JOUB was at near-local strength for a while. Other than that, it was a
decidedly unexciting morning.
The best reception was between 1330 and 1400, or about an hour before
local sunrise.
