[IRCA] TP 4 Oct Victoria version
Considerably poorer morning for me, with little beyond the big
guns. The recording was stuck on the north Flag which is not
usually better until local sunrise, so that may have explained part
of the poor performance. But, also didn't have the sunrise
enhancement that Colin had.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
774 JOUB woman in Japanese 1409UT. Had been at this level at
various times previousl to this also.
1566 HLAZ man in Japanese 1326UT, the choral music 1328UT
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
the above passing through
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
612 4QR assumed; man in DU English 1411UT after switchover to west
Flag; at this time 774 was still solidly Japan
747 JOIB man in Japanese 1245UT //774, not so much later
1053 Koran jammer 1328UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
594 man talking excitedly, sports? Japanese 1238UT
1386 NHK2 woman talking //774 1358UT
1575 man talking 1350UT, no idea
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
891 1116 1179 1242 1278 13141422 1494 1503
best wishes,
Nick
