[IRCA] TP 20 Aug Victoria version
Again a bit of an erratic and disappointing morning, considering the
strength of some of the carriers. Some brief worthwhile audio on
738 and 1566 however
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
738 Tahiti? with island sounding vocal music for a change 1238UT
1566 HLAZ fading up into organ music with a man talking in Japanese 1247UT
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
the above passing through
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
774 slow male talk, sounding DU English, 1147UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
702 819 1008 1026 1035 1107 1116 1161 1287 1314 1503 1548 1593 1638
best wishes,
Nick
